Both Lloyd Francis Ltd (Unionized) and E-VAC Electrical Ltd (non-unionized) are lines of business under the umbrella company of Oceanview LLC which Lloyd and Sharon privately own.

Lloyd is no stranger in the electrical business as he has been in business since 1964. He is a true entrepreneur. His first job was picking wild berries and selling them to local stores prior to his 15th birthday. He has been a hands on entrepreneur ever since. He celebrates his 50th year as an electrician in 2008, quite a milestone in this day and age. Lloyd has the expertise and the team to complete the job at hand.  Lloyd is a very hands on guy and will not lead you astray.  His number one goal is to ensure his work is second to none. Customer satisfaction is his motto.

Since graduating high school where she was valedictorian, student council president & athlete of the year, Sharon has continuously kept herself educated in the area of business. She graduated from Bethany Bible College with her business degree and has completed several courses in UNBSJ's BBA program.
She has used these skills in her previous jobs with local companies such as O'Brien Roofing, Moosehead, and Studio House Florist & Landscaping. She uses the same acumen in her present position with E-VAC & Lloyd Francis Electrical.
Her involvement doesn't stop with higher education; she has been involved with many volunteer groups and committees as she feels it is her obligation to give back to the community.

Both Lloyd and Sharon are devote Christians who have lived in Saint John and the surrounding areas all of their lives. They know the people, way of life and most importantly the electrical codes and conduct that needs to be followed to ensure that your project is safe, sound and secure though standards set by the Provincial and Federal guidelines.
